The legal team at our firm is dedicated to carefully listening and effectively communicating with our clients during each level of their case.

Bryan Fagan

Attorney / Mediator

Born in Denver, Colorado, and raised here in the Houston area, Bryan has always had the inclination to be someone who can help others and he always put forth all efforts in everything he has set out to do. Coming from a Real Estate background, Bryan felt he his real passion was helping families and through practicing family law, he does just that. Bryan is a member the Texas Bar College, which is an honor that is bestowed on less than 10% of lawyers in the state of Texas. This honorary society is devoted to pursuing the greatest amount of legal knowledge through actively furthering their education. Bryan’s desire is to better represent his clients with a deeper understanding of the law. As Partner Attorney, Bryan makes sure every Associate Attorney is actively involved in each individual case to ensure conscientious work and attentiveness. When Bryan is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Camille, family, and friends.

David Brummett

Legal Assistant/ Client Liaison

David was born and raised in Huffman, Texas. A true Texan fan! At the same time, very proud of his Greek heritage. He has the perfect blend to know when to have fun and when to be focused. Though he worked his way up into management in the steel plant field in Houston, his main focus was on the safety of his employees. He was the voice of his team and took this very seriously. This skill helped him understand what his passion was- to help and be the voice of those that need it.

David is truly grateful to be given the opportunity to work as a Legal Assistant/ Paralegal in training for the Law Office of Bryan Fagan. He is pursuing the paralegal certificate from University of Texas in Austin and has already obtained his certification of negotiations from Bakers Communication to help him pursue this passion. On his off days, David loves to spend time with his family and friends. Especially where he can show off his barbequing skills on the grill!

Cecelia Charlton


Cecilia Charlton is a military brat. However, she’s spent most of her life in Houston, Texas. She attended Sam Houston State University. There, she earned her Bachelors of Science in Political Science in 2008. Soon after receiving her undergraduate degree, in 2011, Cecilia earned a Masters of Public Administration from the Barbara Jordan- Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2016. She was accepted to the Texas State Bar upon graduating from law school. While in law school, she served as a student attorney for the Thurgood Marshall Family Law Clinic. Cecilia’s interest in family law derived prior to her attending law school when she worked for the Texas Department of Children Protective Services. In her spare time, Cecilia enjoys shopping, traveling and event-planning.

Brittney Inman

Director of Marketing and Client Relations
Mediator / Arbitrator

Raised in California, Brittney came back to the great state of Texas! Brittney understands a majority of individuals who are seeking legal services are visiting a very unfamiliar area, therefore, she enjoys being able to minimize the confusion, help address how our firm can assist them and go over the process-step by step. Understanding that family law issues are very personal, she is fully dedicated to making sure potential new clients are confident prior to making their decision to retain our firm. She has earned certificates from BarnHam Graduate School and Seminary for Mediation, Arbitration, and Advanced Family Law, and coursework in Paralegal Studies at Lonestar- North Harris. Brittney is extremely proud to work for a firm so dedicated to our clients and knows our firm offers special standards that other law firms do not. On a personal note, Brittney is a sports enthusiast (Go Packers!). She loves the outdoors, the beach, travelling, and going on amazing adventures with her kids!

Mollie Levar

Paralegal / Office Manager

Mollie was born and raised right here in Houston, Texas! You can always recognize Mollie by her upbeat personality and love for making people feel welcomed. She has been a significant catalyst in the growth of this law firm for the past 4 years and absolutely loves what she does! Mollie’s past education includes accounting and finance at Houston Community College and University of Houston. She also has 16 years of experience in Office Management and Accounting. While always putting in 100% at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, she is also taking coursework at Rice University. Mollie loves interacting with the clients and you can always count on her to be a helpful link should you have any questions. Outside of work and school, Mollie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, soaking up the sun at the beach, or skiing in the mountains!

Paola Morales

Paralegal / Client Liaison

Paola was born in Mexico City and moved to Houston at the young age of 3. Paola earned an Associate’s of Arts at Lonestar College- University Park and is at the tail end of the Paralegal program at Lonestar- North Harris, in addition to attending University of Houston-North West. Paola is a driven individual with an outstanding work ethic. She does not like to leave the building with work left unfinished! She has an immeasurable passion for serving others and is an incredible team player. Her drafting experience, administrative skills, and great customer service make her a wonderful asset to our firm! When away from the office you can find Paola spending time with her family, playing with her daughter, Giana, and travelling to historical sites around the United States. She is an active member in her community and volunteers the first chance she gets. You’ll most likely run into her at your local fundraiser event!

Courtney Blair Porter


Originally from North Carolina, Courtney is a May 2016 graduate of Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Before achieving her Juris Doctorate, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, from Howard University in Washington, D.C. Courtney served as the Business Editor of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Law Journal on Gender, Race and Justice and also as a student attorney for the Immigration Clinic. Courtney’s passion for advocating for others along with dedication to her clients makes her an asset to the office. In her free time Courtney enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Samuel Roberson

Legal Assistant / Client Liason

Sam was raised in Elgin, Texas. He attends Sam Houston State University majoring in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies. While he makes an incredible Legal Assistant, he aspires to be a family law attorney. What Sam enjoys most about his position here at the firm, is being able to help clients and make their situation a little easier. If he doesn’t have the answer for you, he’ll find the answer immediately! He loves to spend his extra time with his family, his pup Sarabi, and hanging out in the country.

Kimberly Player Washington

Attorney / Mediator

Originally from Louisiana, Kimberly graduated Cum Laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Before achieving her Juris Doctor Degree, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude at Southern University, gaining the title of Student Marshall and the highest ranking graduate. Kimberly was accepted to the Texas State Bar in 2008. She is dedicated to helping her clients through the difficult time of divorce and/ or custody disputes and it is her goal to make this process a bit easier for them by letting them know their case is in the rights hands. When Kimberly is not busy at work she enjoys traveling around the globe and cooking for her family.

Tina Favorito


Tina was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She received her Paralegal Certificate in 2007 and has been a Family Law Paralegal since. Tina also obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management in 2013, and has been the Senior Paralegal at her previous firms. Tina has always wanted to work in a field revolving around Custody and Divorce cases since she was young and pursued her career as a Family Law Paralegal soon after graduating High School. She has a passion for advocating for what is right, just and fair. She provides exceptional support for her attorneys by drafting documents diligently and collecting the correct information needed for your case. When Tina isn't working, she enjoys music, road trips and spending time with her daughter.

William Moriarty

Lead Intake Specialist & Legal Assistant

A native and lifelong Houstonian, Will is a 2009 graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio and a 2016 graduate of the Rice University Paralegal Certificate program. Before coming on board at The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, Will spent his twenties in the world of sports radio - but eventually it was time to get a real job! Will's mother was a family court judge here in Harris County for many years, so he decided to follow in her footsteps. Will spends his free time with family, traveling, and watching the Astros downtown at Minute Maid Park

Chris M. Ervin


Chris M. Ervin is a graduate of South Texas College of Law.

For more than a decade, Chris has been advising Texans in the areas of family law, probate, criminal law, civil litigation and real estate.

Chris has represented clients in various family law matters, including contested and uncontested divorce, child support, child support modifications, child support enforcements, child custody and adoptions. He has conducted numerous criminal bench and jury trials to verdict, including all degree of misdemeanor and felonies, facilitated countless real estate transactions, conducted judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, landlord and post-foreclosure eviction proceedings, trespass to try title suits, filed claims on behalf of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, probated estates ranging from very simple to highly complex, and issued title opinions. Chris has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in civil litigation, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and creditor/debtor suits.

Chris is a native Houstonian, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Houston in 2000. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2003. Chris is married and has two children, Marshall and Sophie.

Chad Zubi


Chad was born in Henderson, Kentucky and raised right here in Houston, Texas. Formerly working in education, he understands the importance of educating the client on the law and striving to make them understand their rights to the fullest extent possible. Chad is passionate about doing an A+ job and that is what he strives to do day in and day out. Chad scored well on the Texas Bar Exam and graduated near the top of his law school class. Chad seeks to be a first-rate attorney by expanding his legal knowledge as much as possible through continuing education, further, he intends on translating that knowledge into positive results for clients. In his free time, Chad enjoys riding his motorcycle, spending time with his wife and kids, and going out to eat.

Alicia Palmer


Originally from Sierra Vista, Arizona, Alicia is a May 2015 graduate of The University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, NC. During her law school studies, Alicia was a member of the Julius L. Chambers Civil Rights Appellate Advocacy Team. She also served as a student attorney in the UNC Law Civil and Immigration Clinics. She became a member of the Texas Bar in November 2015.

Before achieving her Juris Doctor degree, Alicia graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Pre-Law minor from The University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. Alicia played softball for the Arizona Wildcats during her undergraduate studies, and was a proud student-athlete. She also enjoyed volunteering in the community and served as a Big Sister with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Tucson.

Before joining the firm, Alicia worked as an immigration and family law attorney in Houston, Texas. Her primary focus during her employment as an immigration attorney was helping undocumented victims of violent crimes obtain lawful status in the United States. Alicia was drawn to family law because of her passion for helping others resolve disputes. Her primary goal is to help her clients understand the legal process associated with their case, ease any anxiety they might be experiencing, and ultimately obtain favorable results.

When Alicia is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her husband’s football team compete, and staying active.
