A magnet high school in Atascocita, Quest Early College High School, takes on students from across Humble ISD.
One of the most popular neighborhoods in Atascocita is Belmoral. This is a 580-acre community which is located off Beltway 8 in Humble. If you live in this area and work in Houston, then you should know in advance that Belmoral offers quick and convenient access to Beltway 8 which makes your drive much tolerable and likely much shorter than living in other places in Houston.
Lastly, Atascocita is an area that has a special place in the hearts of many golfers. Walden on Lake Houston Golf, Atascocita Country Club, and Country Club and Tour 18 are all courses that are in and around the Atascocita area. Atascocita Park is located on Lake House Parkway and opened just two years ago. This park offers a dog park with one acre of space, a boardwalk where you and your family can fish as well as a playground with skywalks and activities for children of all ages.
