Our San Antonio Office II is located at 1002 N. Flores St., San Antonio, TX 78212, an address in the central part of the city just north of downtown. This location sits within San Antonio’s urban core and is positioned near established commercial and residential areas.
San Pedro Springs Park, one of the oldest parks in the United States, is located at 2200 N. Flores St., making it a notable nearby destination along the same street corridor. The office’s position north of downtown also places it within short driving distance of central business, civic, and cultural areas in and around the downtown district.
San Antonio’s major interstate highways run through or near the downtown area:
- Interstate 35 (I-35) passes through downtown San Antonio and connects the region with Austin to the northeast and Laredo to the southwest.

VIA also operates Prímo service on select high-demand corridors and offers park-and-ride options that connect outlying parts of the region to central San Antonio.
The broader central-city area includes pedestrian infrastructure such as sidewalks and crosswalks, and San Antonio is served by the BCycle bike-share system, which provides bicycle-rental stations at locations throughout the city.
While personal vehicles remain the primary means of transportation for most residents, the area surrounding 1002 N.
