Alicia Avila was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She has been with the Law Office of Bryan Fagan since 2020 and is a part of your legal collections department.
Strength is something that resonates with her, being a single mother to 6 children, 3 boys, and 3 girls. Free time is something that doesn’t come around often, but when it does, she spends all of it with her loving family and going out with them to new activities. Alicia also takes pride in Motherhood (Superwoman) to be a positive role model for her children. In her spare time along with being a mother, she loves to travel, cook, photograph, and read mysteries novels.
Alicia brings her knowledge and experience in customer service of 15 years to the table. Always striving to provide impeccable customer service, she genuinely applies herself every day to ensure clients get accurate information from the billing department. Having a team player is important in a billing team, and rest assured, she is that team player! Looking forward to new challenges, she strives to climb up the ladder. Something she was taught as a young woman, was to never stop climbing and reaching for your goals.
