Kelly was born in Harris County and raised in Montgomery County, Texas. She attended Montgomery High School as well as spent time at Lone Star College of Montgomery County. She enjoys helping others in family law to achieve results in family law. She enjoys playtime with her grandchildren, Camping, and occasionally enjoys riding her bike through the woods.
