Houston Family Law Attorney
Kristiana McGraw is an associate attorney at Bryan Fagan, PLLC, who focuses her practice on family law matters, estate planning, and probate issues, although the majority of her cases involve divorce and child custody. She also has experience and knowledge in debt collections, criminal law, and environmental justice. She is passionate in teaching others that by using the remedies available through the legal system, they are able to change many of the circumstances in their lives that they accept as being permanent.
Originally from New Orleans, Kristiana moved to San Antonio a few years before law school as she has extended family in Texas. She received a scholarship to attend the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University where she graduated cum laude.
In her time away from the law, Kristiana enjoys taking long walks with her black lab, listening to true crime podcasts, and enjoying the eclectic Houston food and bar scene.
