Now, this rule was actually changed on September 1, 2019 to provide for a [Inaudible 00:20]. So it went from $8550 to $9200. And what does that mean? That means that the guideline support applies to the obligor’s first $9200 of net monthly resources. If the obligor’s net resources exceeds that amount, the court may order additional support only if the child has special needs and never more than the proven needs of the child.
