Ali Shah received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston. He was involved in research and clinical workshop while finishing his undergrad work. Mr. Shah also received his Juris Doctorate in 2019, where he helped indigent clients in the Family Law Clinic at Texas Southern University. Mr. Shah also actively involved in his community with Pro Bono work for indigent clients who seek family law services. He deals with cases involving CPS. Mr. Shah practices in Harris County, Montgomery County, Galveston County, Fort Bend County, and Waller County.
Mr. Shah is a family law attorney who joined the firm in 2019. Mr. Shah’s practice is devoted to representing clients in divorces and related matters. His practice further includes representing clients at all stages of the divorce process, from pre-divorce planning through informal settlement negotiations, court-ordered mediation, and, when necessary, litigation in court.
Mr. Shah also represents clients in post-divorce enforcement matters (such as the enforcement of parents’ rights to visitation and child support). He helped many clients overcome challenging issues related to property distribution, financial support, and parental rights.
