Attorney

Chad Zubi

Chad Zubi is a family law attorney who joined the firm in 2017. A native of Henderson, Kentucky, Chad grew up in the Houston area and enrolled in law school after deciding to leave his first career in primary education. He represents clients in all family-related legal matters, with a particular emphasis on divorce mediation and litigation, post-divorce enforcement, and matters involving Texas Child Protective Services (CPS).

In the area of divorce representation, Chad’s experience ranges from protecting the interests of high-net-worth spouses in contentious litigation and settlement negotiations to helping parents and other clients efficiently resolve amicable and uncontested divorces. He advises his clients regarding all aspects of the divorce process, from property and financial support-related considerations to the establishment and protection of parental rights. Chad also represents former spouses in post-divorce matters, including enforcement and modification of child custody, child support and alimony orders.undefined

Outside of the divorce context, Chad’s practice includes everything from preparing prenuptial agreements and guiding prospective parents through the adoption process to representing clients in CPS cases and custody disputes involving non-married parents. He regularly represents clients in informal settlement negotiations, court-ordered mediation and litigation in family court. Chad also serves as an advisor to individuals who have questions about their legal options or their rights under Texas law.

As a family lawyer, Chad prioritizes working closely with his clients one-on-one to develop case strategies that are designed to achieve their unique goals as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. He helps his clients explore all potential options so that they can make informed decisions with their long-term best interests in mind. While he seeks to secure amicable resolutions whenever possible, Chad is also not hesitant to fight for his clients’ legal rights in court.
