Why It Matters

Why We're Doing This

Every year we talk to Texans who are ready to move forward but stuck on the cost of getting there. This giveaway takes that obstacle off the table for one person — and makes the process clearer for everyone who reads this page.

Cost is the number one reason people wait

Many people stay in a finished marriage for years simply because the filing fees and attorney costs never fit the budget. Removing that barrier changes the timeline entirely.

Agreeing is not the same as being done

Even when both spouses are on the same page, the paperwork still has to be right. A missed signature or the wrong form can send you back to the start months later.

A clean close is a better start

A properly drafted decree protects your property, your parenting plan, and your peace of mind long after the case is closed.

Client Voices

What People Tell Us

I sat on the paperwork for almost two years because I was terrified of what it would cost. When I finally called, they gave me a flat number and a timeline in the first conversation. No surprises after that.

Marisol Reyes

Harris County · Divorce

My ex and I agreed on everything, we just had no idea how to make it official. They handled the filing, told me exactly which date to show up, and I walked out with the decree in hand.

Dwayne Whitfield

Montgomery County · Agreed Decree

What I remember most is that nobody made me feel small about it. Every email got answered, every question got a straight answer, and they treated the hardest year of my life with respect.

Callie Brennan

Fort Bend County · Divorce With Children

One winner is selected at random from all valid entries received before 11:59 PM CT on October 31, 2026. We announce the winner on November 1st and contact them directly by phone and email.

No. Submitting an entry does not make us your attorneys and does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only if and when a written agreement is signed by both you and our office.
