Judge Tucker has been serving as the presiding judge of the Montgomery County Court at Law No. 3 since July 1, 2021. With a strong educational background, he holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Tennessee and a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas, showcasing his commitment to legal excellence.
Prior to his appointment, Judge Tucker gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for United States District Judge Hayden W. Head and as an Assistant County Attorney specializing in child abuse cases.
