Participation Dates

Entries for the Simple Divorce Giveaway will be accepted until 11:59 PM CST on February 28, 2025. Any entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

Participation Requirements

To be eligible for the 2025 Simple Divorce Giveaway, participants must:

✔️ Schedule and attend a free consultation with a Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC ambassador sales team member.
✔️ Be seeking an uncontested divorce—meaning no minor children, no property disputes, and full agreement between both parties on all terms.
✔️ Consent to their data being used for marketing purposes, including electronic mail, sales, and SMS marketing by The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC.
✔️ Be at least 18 years old at the time of the drawing.

Winner Selection Date

The winner will be selected after February 28, 2025. One eligible participant will be randomly chosen through an online platform. Certification of the selection process is available upon request.

Participation Validity

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway at its discretion. Reasons for exclusion may include, but are not limited to:

Providing false personal details during submission.
Failure to meet the age requirement (18+ by the drawing date).
The participant’s divorce not qualifying as uncontested based on the information provided.

Limitations

This giveaway is not open to employees, contractors, or family members of The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC.

Prize & Value

🏆 Grand Prize: Free uncontested divorce representation in Texas.
💰 Value: $2,500 (as determined by The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC).

⚠️ Important Note:

Once the $2,500 value is reached (based on attorney’s fees billed hourly), any additional legal services required to complete the divorce will not be covered and must be paid for by the winner.

Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize

The winner will be contacted via email and announced on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Response Timeframe:

🕒 The winner must respond within 24 hours of being notified.
❗ If no response is received within 24 hours, a new winner will be randomly selected and contacted in the same manner. This process will repeat until a winner claims the prize.

Use of Winner’s Name & Social Media Profile

By entering, participants consent to their username and public profile picture being published on social media and/or the firm’s website to announce the winner.

Personal Data Protection
