The courthouse is located at 201 Caroline St. in downtown Houston. Depending on the day of the week, the weather and the time of day you should know in advance that the courthouse can become quite congested. You will be required to go through security just as you would at the airport. Be preared to remove jackets and shoes in order to pass through the metal detector. This means you should plan ahead and leave your home, hotel or other venue with enough time to pass through security in order to make it to your courtroom prior to the time of your hearing.
