2013 and 2014 Texas Divorce Statistics and Historical Trends

The Texas Department of Health Services conducts and compiles research regarding the number of marriages and divorces in Texas. In their 2013 report it shows that Texas divorce reached an all-time high in 1981 of 101,856 divorces. Thereafter divorce rates started to fall in Texas until 1989 and then rose again until 1992. Thereafter they have continued to fall.
