Kerensa Okano, a native of Japan, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and she is currently pursuing her paralegal certification. She was raised in El Paso, Texas and understands the complexities of multiculturism. She brings a high level of empathy for client needs as they begin their legal journey. She is always striving to provide impeccable customer service. When not working, she enjoys traveling, shopping, interior decorating, and spending time with family and friends.
