Mollie Levar has worked in family law for over a decade, building deep expertise in how cases move through the Harris County courts and what clients need to feel confident throughout the process. She joined the Law Office of Bryan Fagan because she believed in the firm’s mission — quality legal representation for Texas families — and has been a cornerstone of the Houston team ever since.
In her role as Legal Administrator, Mollie is the operational engine behind the Houston practice. She coordinates case logistics, manages deadlines, liaises between attorneys and clients, and ensures the team has everything it needs to deliver strong results. When a client has a question about the status of their case, Mollie is often the person with the answer.
For clients going through divorce, custody disputes, or modifications, the administrative side of a legal case can feel just as overwhelming as the legal side. Mollie’s job is to take that burden off their plate.
She is thorough, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure every case she touches is

Mollie Levar is the legal office administrator at The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC. She excels in this position because she is a genuine “people person” with an upbeat, optimistic personality. Mollie serves as an ever-present resource for both clients and staff, leveraging her over 22 years of office management experience to find creative and accommodating solutions to their problems. She also has a background in accounting, which has proven highly valuable in her day-to-day role.
Having been with the firm since its inception, Mollie has been instrumental to its growth and continued success. Her favorite part of working at the firm is the opportunity to help others change their lives for the better.
When she isn’t in the office, Mollie enjoys spending time with family and friends at the beach or skiing in the snow. She also boasts an impressive 17-for-21 free-throw shooting record in basketball!
