Chris Ervin has been representing clients with a wide variety of legal matters for nearly two decades. A seasoned litigator and transactional attorney, Chris has brought numerous family law and criminal law trials to successful verdicts and represented clients in a wide variety of family law matters, including contested and uncontested divorces, child support and support modification orders and enforcements, child custody issues, and adoptions. Chris has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of civil litigations, including breach of contract cases, breach of fiduciary duty cases, and creditor/debtor suits, and has experience with workers’ compensation law.
He has facilitated innumerable real estate transactions, conducted judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, participated in landlord and post-foreclosure eviction proceedings, and trespass to try title suits. He is an experienced bankruptcy attorney, filing claims on behalf of creditors, and an experienced estate attorney, probating estates ranging from simple to highly complex and issuing title opinions. Like all of the attorneys at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC, Chris conducts his business with a respectful and attentive attitude and is most proud of his ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Houston in 2000. He received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2003. He is married and has two children, Marshall and Sophie.
