The question is that you should always stick with what is in your custody order. What’s in your custody order usually stays unless there’s a modification. So, if you have a right to possession, you should exercise that right unless it puts somebody in danger. If it does put somebody in danger, then you may want to put that in writing or let the other person know that this is the situation. So always be sure that you have to stick with your order. So even though the Coronavirus could go on for a while, it is still important to stick with their court order unless we know that there’s an emergency.
