Plan Your Visit – Richmond Office

806 Austin St, Richmond, TX 77469

Welcome to our Richmond office, located in one of the most recognizable landmarks in the heart of historic Richmond—the beautifully preserved home at 806 Austin Street, lovingly known as The Bell House. More than just an address, this property represents over a century of local history, charm, and Southern craftsmanship.

Built in 1906, the Bell House stands as a testament to early 20th-century architecture in Fort Bend County. Its wrap-around porch, tall bay windows, and detailed woodwork reflect the elegance of its era. Originally a private residence, the home’s three stories, original hardwood floors, and grand entryway were designed to welcome and impress—a feeling that remains the moment you step inside today.

Over the decades, the home has watched Richmond grow and change around it. Located just blocks from the Fort Bend County Courthouse and other historic civic landmarks, it has remained at the center of the community’s story for more than a hundred years. The oak and magnolia trees that surround the property have shaded generations of families, professionals, and visitors alike.

Today, the Law Office of Bryan Fagan PLLC proudly calls this historic home our Richmond office. When we first walked through its doors, we saw more than a building—we saw an opportunity to preserve a piece of local history while creating a warm, welcoming environment for our clients. We’ve restored and maintained its architectural character, from the wood floors to the detailed moldings and tall windows, while adapting the interior for modern professional use. The result is a space that blends the home’s historic charm with the comfort and functionality our clients deserve.

When you visit, you’ll feel that sense of timelessness from the moment you arrive. The broad porch invites you to pause under the shade before stepping inside. Natural light pours through the original bay windows, highlighting the craftsmanship that has endured through generations. Inside, each room tells a story—of families who once called it home and of a town that has continued to grow around it.

We chose this space not just for its beauty, but because it embodies the same values that define our firm: stability, integrity, and a deep connection to the community we serve. Our hope is that every client who visits us here feels both welcomed and inspired—connected to a place that has stood the test of time. Serving Our Clients:
