She led me through every step of the process while keeping me abreast of every situation. Jessica allowed me to make my own decisions regarding the case. She was not persuasive or demanding and did not attempt to lead me in a certain direction. She explained thoroughly the good, the bad and the ugly. She explained best case scenario vs worst case scenario and made sure I understood all aspects.
