Terms & Conditions

Organizer

This promotion is organized by The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC, a Texas-based family
law firm.

Entry Period

Entries for the 2026 New Year Divorce Giveaway will be accepted beginning December 15,
2025, and will close at 11:59 PM CST on January 6, 2026.
Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for entry, participants must meet all of the following:
✔️ Complete a consultation with a representative of The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC.
Consultation must be completed before an entry will be reviewed.
✔️ Pursue an uncontested divorce, defined as:
● No minor children together
● No division of major assets (including real estate or significant property)
● No division of debts
● Full mutual agreement between both spouses on all divorce terms prior to filing
● No mediation needed
● The ability to serve the opposing party without hiring a process server

✔️ Be at least 18 years old as of the date of the drawing.
✔️ Consent to receive marketing communications, including SMS and email, from The Law
Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC by entering the giveaway.
✔️ Must not be a current or past client of The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC.
This giveaway is intended for new prospective clients only.
Participants who do not meet all eligibility criteria will be disqualified.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected randomly following the close of the entry period (after January 6,
2026).
Winner selection will be conducted using an online randomization platform.
Certification of the selection process is available upon request.

Prize Details

� Grand Prize:
One (1) winner will receive an Uncontested Divorce Package, with up to $2,500 paid by The
Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC toward the total cost of legal services.
� Prize Value:
The prize covers up to $2,500 in legal fees based on the firm’s standard billing structure.
⚠️ Important Notes:
● If the total cost of the uncontested divorce exceeds $2,500, any remaining balance will
be the responsibility of the winner.
● The prize applies only to uncontested divorces that continue to meet eligibility
standards through the conclusion of the case.
● Should the matter become contested at any point, the winner remains responsible for all
additional costs at standard billing rates.
● Prize value cannot be converted to cash, credit, discounts, or refunds for any past or
current clients.

Exclusions

This giveaway is not open to:
● Current or past clients of The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC
● Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the firm
● Individuals who submit false, misleading, or incomplete information
● Participants whose divorce is later determined not to qualify as uncontested
● Individuals unable or unwilling to comply with the consultation requirement

The firm reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet eligibility requirements.

Winner Notification & Claim Process

● The winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided during entry.
● The winner may also be announced on the firm’s official Instagram, Facebook, and
Twitter accounts.
● The winner must respond within 24 hours of receiving the notification to claim the prize.
● If a response is not received within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner
will be selected.
● This process will continue until the prize is successfully claimed.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to move forward with the uncontested divorce
representation in accordance with firm policies.

Publicity Release

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their first name, username,
and/or publicly available profile image for winner announcement purposes on social media
and/or the firm’s website.
No confidential case information will be disclosed.

Data Use & Privacy

�� Personal information provided during entry is collected for:
● Administering the giveaway
● Verifying eligibility
● Delivering the prize
● Scheduling required consultations
● Sending marketing communications, including SMS and email

�� By entering, participants expressly consent to receiv promotional communications from
The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC.
�� Data will be securely stored for the duration of the giveaway and processed in accordanc
with applicable privacy laws.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting their
giveaway eligibility or legal services.

Legal Disclaimer

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the
giveaway at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or
circumstances beyond the firm’s control.
Participation in this giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
All decisions made by The Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC regarding eligibility, winner
selection, and prize distribution are final and binding.
