Lindsey Wilson is a dedicated family law attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC. Based in the firm’s Austin office, Lindsey brings years of experience representing clients across Texas with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
A graduate of UNT Dallas College of Law (Class of 2017), Lindsey has built her career focusing on all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, and modifications. Her legal experience spans multiple counties—Denton, Collin, Tarrant, Rockwall, Dallas, Smith, Travis, and Williamson—where she has earned a reputation for strong advocacy and compassionate client care. Among her professional achievements, Lindsey successfully appealed a modification case that resulted in a favorable ruling from the Court of Appeals.
Lindsey’s passion for family law stems from personal experience. Having been adopted herself, she was inspired to help others navigate difficult family matters with understanding and integrity. Throughout her career, she has represented hundreds of domestic violence and sex trafficking survivors, providing them with both legal guidance and hope for a safer future.
Outside of her legal work, Lindsey enjoys spending time outdoors, boating, and relaxing at the beach with friends. She also loves cooking, exploring new recipes, and embracing Austin’s vibrant community. A talented singer, Lindsey once performed at the last concert of the millennium at Carnegie Hall in New York City—an experience she cherishes to this day.
At home, Lindsey is devoted to her rescue Chihuahua, a fierce and loyal guardian of the backyard who keeps her company after long days advocating for her clients. Her friends describe her as empathetic, dependable, kind, and detail-oriented, qualities that reflect the care she brings to every case.

Personal Background
Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, and raised in Coppell, Texas, Lindsey has spent most of her life in the North Texas area before making Austin her home. She is passionate about supporting victims of domestic violence and promoting awareness around family safety and justice. Her bucket list includes visiting all fifty states and seeing the Northern Lights, but her dream destination is Italy, where she hopes to enjoy the cuisine, culture, and a great glass of wine.
